Home Saweet Home
I am reminded of the days of Leam. I don't know why, but I am. Hehe.
So things here are swell. We have had quite the eventful first couple of days. Although many of you do not care, I will tell you what we did.
Saturday morning we met up half way with the Claytors to get Shane. After that we did some grocery shopping. We got the necessities: Lays potato chips, candy canes, grape juice, etc. Hehe. Then Shane and I went out to dinner with my folks. It was a pretty good time.
Sunday morning went to church then watched a movie with Lizzie in the afternoon. Went to church in the evening then had a buncha people here for dinner after. Well, Tim, Wiz, Shane, Dan plus our 6. So I guess it wasn't too many. But it was fun anyway. Then Larz got scared and ran off. My dad didn't find him until this morning. Poor pup. Neither him nor my dad got any sleep last night because of it. But he is back now. Wow. This is a long post. Sorry. Anyways...so then this morning I went back to work which I enjoyed very much. It was weird calling home to talk to Shane on my lunch break, though. Then we all went Christmas shopping tonight. I am almost done! WooH0o! Ok...sorry for the long post. Bye.

Blaz-A Day
I'm not sure who's word Blaz-A is, but I choose to use it regardless. I am very excited to get home. Just one more day and I will be. It's going to fly but it will be a blast.

Here's a shot of my first ever lemon meringue (spelling?) pie. My mom helped me make it. It seemed to go over well. It was eaten up pretty quickly.
Then here is my Shane making some popcorn over the stove. (A new thing for the Simmers). It was super tasty and we all enjoyed it very much.
So we are back to school. Only 12 days left. There is a whole lot of work to be done between now and then. I am excited for Christmas time. As soon as I got back to the dorm it seemed like Christmas time. We have the stockings hung and soon the tree and decorations will be up. I am very excited. Rachel, Elizabeth and I were asked to sing for the 39ers on Saturday so that will be fun. We are singing all Christmas songs. WooH0o!
