Here are some picture from when Shane and I went with my parents to the Franklin Institute in
Philadelphia. They had a machine where you could see what you would look like as a different nationality. Shane white
and me Indian. The picture of me looks just like my aunt
when she was my age.

Candy Canes and Things With Wings

Well, I am very glad that I decided not to work at all this week. It is already flying by and I still have many things to do. Last night we visited the Flegals, tonight is the farm show, tomorrow is ice skating and Thursday Shane and I have to work on mailing some things to Inuvik and pack me up for school. Then bright and early Friday morning we will, for the last time, go back to school for a new semester. Exciting isn't it? I am anxious for it all. Time is going to start flying as of Friday morning. Before I know it the semester will be over (they go by so fast) then I have 2 months until my wedding, then boom....Im gone. Wow. It is exciting to be in the Lord's will and to be able to know that I am doing what He wants.

Birds of Clay and Philly Day

We went to shoot clay birds on New Years Day. One person throws the clay "bird" (disc) in the air while another shoots it with the gun. I hit two! My Shane did a lot better. He hit a lot of them. It was a lot of fun. My toes almost froze off, though.

Then today we went to Philadelphia. My Shane got to run up the steps that Rocky ran up. We also went to see the Liberty Bell and the Franklin Institute. I got to see what I would look like if I were an Indian and Shane saw what he would look like if he were white. It was neat. The institute has a lot of really neat stuff. Although, I would like to note that most all kids we saw there were really rude. They would jump in front of you even if you were standing there in line. Ah. Anyways...we had a really good time.
