Home for the Weekend

Ah. Home at last. I love being home but I do miss seeing Shane. We were able to talk on the phone for about an hour this morning. That was nice. I miss him very much, though.

My mom and I are about to go out to look for material for the bridesmaid's dresses. Unlike Leam, I love going to fabric stores! I can't wait. The only problem will be that I will want to buy a bunch of fabric for myself (which I don't need right now). Hehe. Anyways...all is well.

Only 2 months and 1 week until my Leam gets married! I am so happy for her. Hehe.

Canadian Residency

Well, Shane and I are up and going on starting the process for me to get a Temporary Canadian Residency. I don't know if I actually spelled that last word correctly or not. It is a bit of a confusing process so please be praying for us as we start it. The Lord has blessed us with an old friend who is now living in Edmonton, Alberta. She is helping us a great deal with this. She went through the same thing within the last few years. So, the Lord is working little by little. He doesn't show us how it will all work out all at once...He shows us as we need to know. Praise Him.
